It provides a framework for continuously improving our practices and demonstrates our commitment to ongoing development in this area.<\/p>

As a subsidiary of Kolo\u011flu Holding, MO\u0130's corporate social responsibility principles, the importance and priority of the subject are outlined in this policy document.<\/p>

MO\u0130 is committed to integrating social responsibility into every aspect of its activities in line with its core values of humility, respect for people, and closeness to society. It actively contributes to the development of our country, the advancement of society, and the protection and support of the environment, investing in the future. Within this framework, MO\u0130 meticulously manages the economic, social, and environmental impacts of its activities with accountability.<\/p>

MO\u0130 determines what is most beneficial to society and the environment by placing importance on participating in various social responsibility activities for a strong and modern society, without limiting the scope of its social responsibility approach to business activities and their impacts. By adopting an inclusive, proactive, and collaborative approach to social responsibility, it has made it a principle to add value to society and all its stakeholders through effective projects ranging from education to art, sports to environmental protection and cultural development. It also prioritizes meeting local needs in the regions where it operates.<\/p>

The fundamental principles that guide MO\u0130's social responsibility initiatives are as follows:<\/p>

  • Not to tolerate discrimination among employees based on language, race, color, gender, political opinion, belief, religion, sect, age, physical disability, or similar reasons.<\/li>
  • Promoting positive and harmonious working environments and cooperation that enable individuals with different beliefs, thoughts, and opinions to work together without conflict,<\/li>
  • To assume responsibility for managing the environmental impacts arising from all activities, and to carry out continuous improvement and development efforts to minimize negative impacts. Additionally, to establish strong relationships with local communities and individuals affected by its operations.<\/li>
  • Participating in national initiatives and platforms that promote corporate social responsibility behaviors and commitments,<\/li><\/ul>
    • Supporting social projects aimed at ensuring access to health, education, and cultural opportunities for vulnerable groups such as women, children, youth, and people with disabilities,<\/li>
    • Developing corporate social responsibility projects focused on protecting and developing the ecosystem and cultural heritage in our areas of operation,<\/li>
    • To support projects in this field by investing in quality education and training opportunities for young people and future generations through Kolo\u011flu Holding Education Foundation (KOLEV)<\/li>
    • Take the lead in launching social responsibility projects that encourage innovative ideas by collaborating with public institutions and organizations.<\/li>
    • Develop strategies to encourage both internal and external stakeholders to participate in social responsibility activities, and provide support and incentives for them to volunteer and participate in such initiatives.<\/li>
    • Establish transparent mechanisms to address the concerns, suggestions, and complaints of all our stakeholders regarding our operations, and create functional channels through which they can provide feedback.<\/li><\/ul>

      This policy commits to complying with and implementing the laws, regulations, and principles in force within the borders of Turkey. In cases where our activities extend beyond the borders of Turkey, the policy and legislation that are more restrictive than those in force in that country shall apply, provided that compliance with the legislation in force in that country is ensured.<\/p>
