ÇEVRE POLİTİKAMIZ

Mersin Otoyolu Yatırım ve İşletme A.Ş. (MOİ) olarak Çeşmeli – Kızkalesi Otoyolu Projesi (CKH)’nin inşaatı ve işletmesi süreçleri boyunca çevreye duyarlı bir yaklaşım sergilemeyi taahhüt etmekteyiz. Bu politika ile;

Faaliyet gösterdiğimiz proje özelinde tüm yerel, ulusal ve uluslararası çevre kanun ve yönetmeliklerine tam uyum sağlamak, bu çerçevede tüm çevresel yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek,
Proje kapsamında doğrudan ve dolaylı olarak etkileşim içinde olunan yerel halk, komşu bölgeler, çalışanlarımız, alt yüklenicilerimiz ve diğer paydaşlarımızla çevre bilincini artırmak, eğitimler düzenleyerek çevresel sorumluluklarını vurgulamak, çevrenin ve doğal kaynakların etkin kullanımını esas alan sistemleri tercih etmek ve sürekliliğini sağlamak
Projenin inşaatı sırasında doğrudan ve dolaylı olarak çevre üzerinde oluşabilecek olumsuz etkileri, en iyi teknolojilerle minimize etmek; özellikle hava, su, toprak kirliliği ve gürültü gibi faktörleri kontrol altına alarak, çevresel etkileri en aza indirmek,
Proje’nin inşaat süreçlerinde ve otoyol işletmesinde oluşacak atıkların kaynakta azaltılmasını, geri dönüşümünü ve çevresel etkilerinin minimize edilmesini sağlamak,
Enerji verimliliğini artırmak, doğal kaynak kullanımını azaltmak ve bu doğrultuda gerekli insan gücü, teknoloji, altyapı ve finansal kaynakları sağlamak; tedbirler almak ve her yıl hedefler koyarak sürdürülebilir gelişme sağlamak
Proje inşaatı ve işletmesi sırasında meydana gelebilecek çevresel kazaların etkilerini en aza indirgemek amacıyla acil durum planları hazırlamak ve bu planları uygulamak; kazalar sonrasında bölge halkına ve çevreye destek sağlamak,
İklim değişikliği ile mücadele, biyoçeşitliliğin korunması gibi uzun vadeli çevresel hedeflere yönelik projeler geliştirmek ve sürdürülebilir kalkınmayı destekleyecek uygulamalarda bulunmak,
Çalışanlarımıza, alt yüklenicilerimize ve proje paydaşlarımıza çevre politikasına dair eğitimler vermek, çevre bilincini artırmak,
Ulusal ve yerel resmi kuruluşlar, diğer sanayi kuruluşları ve tedarikçilerle işbirliği yaparak çevre standartlarını sürekli yükseltmek,
Çevre yönetimi konusunda her türlü veriye ulaşımı sağlayan ve sürekli iyileştirilen bir Çevre Yönetim Sistemi oluşturmak, çevre performansımızı artırarak sürdürülebilir gelişmeyi sağlamak.

MOİ olarak, CKH Projesi’nin tüm süreçleri boyunca çevre koruma taahhütlerimizi en yüksek önceliğe koyarak; bu politika çerçevesinde gerekli tüm önlemleri almayı taahhüt ederiz.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Mersin Otoyolu Yatırım ve İşletme A.Ş. (MOİ) is committed to adopting an environmentally sensitive approach throughout the construction and operation of the Çeşmeli – Kızkalesi Motorway Project (CKH). With this policy;

To fully comply with all local, national and international environmental laws and regulations specific to the project in which we operate, and to fulfil all environmental obligations within this framework,
Raising environmental awareness among the local community, neighbouring regions, our employees, subcontractors and other stakeholders with whom we interact directly and indirectly within the scope of the project, emphasising their environmental responsibilities by organising trainings, preferring systems based on the effective use of the environment and natural resources and ensuring their continuity
To minimise the direct and indirect negative impacts on the environment during the construction of the project by using the best technologies; to minimise environmental impacts, especially by controlling factors such as air, water, soil pollution and noise,
To ensure that the wastes that will be generated during the construction processes and motorway operation within the scope of the Project are reduced at source, recycled and their environmental impacts are minimised,
Increasing energy efficiency, reducing the use of natural resources and providing the necessary manpower, technology, infrastructure and financial resources in this direction; taking measures and ensuring sustainable development by setting targets every year
To prepare and implement emergency plans in order to minimise the effects of environmental accidents that may occur during the construction and operation of the Project; to provide support to the local community and the environment after accidents,
To develop projects for long-term environmental goals such as combating climate change and protecting biodiversity and to implement practices to support sustainable development,
To provide training on environmental policy to our employees, subcontractors and project stakeholders and to raise environmental awareness,
To continuously raise environmental standards by cooperating with national and local official institutions, other industrial organisations and suppliers,
To establish an Environmental Management System that provides access to all kinds of data on environmental management and is continuously improved, to ensure sustainable development by increasing our environmental performance.
